I am a doctoral student and researcher at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
My passion is finding out what works and why in educational technology.
Technological innovation has the potential to improve our lives, but with the world changing rapidly, it can be hard to know which technologies will benefit us, and how we should be using them. Finding the answers to these questions is especially important in education, to help students find the best ways to learn and to shape and apply technologies in ways to benefit themselves and society.
My previous experiences as a primary school teacher, and working in IT training and support, have driven my research interests in education and technology. I completed a Master’s degree in Digital Learning and I am now pursuing a PhD and working in educational research.
